Shipping Policy
Thanks for shopping with Myco Med. We’re excited to get your order on its way to you. Here’s what you need to know about how we handle deliveries:
Where We Deliver To
We deliver to addresses across South Africa. We don’t currently ship outside of South Africa. Bummer, we know! But for now, we’re keeping it local. We also can’t deliver to P.O. boxes, so be sure your address is for a home or office.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on where you live.
Methods
We offer two options:
- Collection — Collect either in Broadacres, Johannesburg or Kenilworth, Cape Town.
- Standard Delivery to Your Door — Choose delivery via BEX Express.
Delivery times
Both options typically deliver within 2 to 5 business days. Once we’ve received payment, we’ll process it within 1-2 days and email you confirmation. You’ll get a tracking number when it ships, so you can stalk your mushrooms en route.
Delivery Rates
For orders of R1000 and above, we offer free shipping within South Africa. For orders below R1000, shipping rates are calculated based on your shipping address. If we cannot provide a real-time rate, a standard fee of R100 (VAT inclusive) will apply. Applicable shipping rates will be displayed at checkout for your confirmation before you place your order.
We’ll show the shipping costs before checkout, so there’s no surprise charges.
Correct Address
Please double-check your shipping address is complete and accurate. We can’t be responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses provided.
Late Deliveries
Couriers can sometimes run behind schedule. If your order is delayed, we’ll do our best to get things moving, but we can’t be responsible for holdups out of our control.
Safe and insured
All orders are insured up to their full value — so no worries if the unthinkable happens in transit. Just contact us at info@mycomed.co.za and we’ll work with the courier to sort it out.
